Hello, it's me, and today I come with some sad news: I will probably not post on this blog anymore. I'll keep it up, and I might post occasionally, but otherwise, this blog is inactive from today on.
But I don't just come with bad news: I've also started a new blog called Otaku Online, which I will post on regularly and the content will be entirely manga/animu/vocaloid etc! See it here.
Of course, this blog is still in the making, so it doesn't look very exciting yet. But I can assure, in a couple of months at the most, it'll look a lot better!
The new blog will be less linked to my personal life, and have a different tone to this one. But if you're an otaku like me, I hope you'll enjoy hearing my opinions on different anime, manga, and the stuff going on in the anime community. Also, the only link it will have to my YouTube channel is that it will be linked in the description.
Well, bye! I hope you liked this blog, and you'll like the other one even better. Thanks for supporting me for the past four years. Now, for the (supposedly) very last time,

My OC Speed Draw
Hi everyone! Well, unfortunately I've been slipping again with these blog posts. But now I'm pretty firm with myself about making Youtube videos every week, I decided to give my blog the same schedule.
So, this weeks' video was a speed draw. If you don't know what that is, it's basically where you record yourself drawing and then speed it up. More importantly, however, I drew my OC! OC stands for original character, but they can't just be random drawings you made. And OC is a character who YOU created, and has a name, personality, birthdate, the works, and that you intend to use in the future in a bigger project.
My OC is called Hime Aoki, and you can learn more about her just down below!

Neko Atsume DIY
Hello! Hope you're having a nice day. As you know, I recently started a YouTube channel called Kiki Shaw, and so I'm writing blog post to go with it.
This weeks' blog is Neko Atsume DIY's!! I made a hairclip, a cat profile and a bookmark. Here are all the instructions to make it. Also you can just you can just use the same cat colouring sheet for all the tutorials <3
Cat Hairclip
YOU WILL NEED (capital letters yay ;))
- This colouring sheet http://coloringpanda.com/page/3536658
- Scissors
- Tape or glue
- Colouring pens or pencils
- A hairclip or pin (depending on if you want to make a pin or a hairclip)
1. Colour in the cat you want to make, and cut it out. Don't leave a border, it just looks messy.
2. Stick the cat onto the hairclip - if you're using tape, cover the whole cat to make it rainproof!
Cat Profile
YOU WILL NEED
- This colouring sheet http://coloringpanda.com/page/3536658
- This blank profile (print it black and white and colour it in to save ink) http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/nekoatsume/images/7/7b/Catbook_sample.png/revision/latest?cb=20151122142803
- Scissors
- Tape or glue
- Colouring pen or pencils
1. Colour in the cat you want to make and cut it out. This time it's fine if you leave a border - you'll stick it onto white anyway.
2. Stick the cat onto the biggest box - the one on the top right.
3. Fill in the name box at the top (you can either make up a name or use a cat already in the game)
4. Fill in the other boxes - the one underneath the picture is for the cat's pattern of fur, and the power level is 5 to 250.
Cat Bookmark
YOU WILL NEED
- This colouring sheet http://coloringpanda.com/page/3536658
- A strip of paper
- Scissors
- Tape or glue
- Colouring pens or pencils
METHOD 1
1. Colour in the cat you want and cut it out. Again, leave a border if you want to, but don't bother making it too neat.
2. Stick the cat at the top of the strip of paper.
3. Underneath, write something like, 'Love Neko Atsume' and colour it in.
4. Cut a rounded shape around the cat at the top - make it so that the cat will be sticking out of the book.
METHOD 2
1. Colour in several cats you want and cut them all out. You can leave a messyish border if you want to.
2. Stick them onto the trip of paper, like a cat frenzy!
Well, that's everything I've got for this week. Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTDvGKFxwCA
See ya next week!!

Jpop
Hello! Hope you're having a nice day. (thats my new slogan, since I started my Youtube channel - check it out! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCykWxu3T2mzJL3RpPF5Jqng ). Today I am talking about Jpop - not my Youtube.
Jpop - Japanese pop! Recently I've been into all things Japan - I'm even learning Japanese. So it seemed only logical that I listened to some Japanese music. So far, my favourite artists are Dream and Dream Ami. I have no idea if they're the same person, but y'know! I think Dream Ami is called that because she's in a group called Dream. I'm actually listening to her music right now. Here are some links:
Dream- I Love Dream World : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0WStpxX2S4
Dream Ami- Try Everything: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIunkyaaRII
This will probably be quite a short post because I'm not quite into much of this music yet (sorrryy!
(*-*)) If you have any suggestions as to what Jpop I should listen to, please comment on this post! Right here!! Or send me a message via Youtube.
Thank youuuuuuu!!

Scribble_squeak
Hello, and welcome to my most exciting post yet!
I have set up an Instagram account for my humble blog - my username is Scribble_squeak. If you're interested and have an account, please follow me! If it works out, I might expand to Twitter, and even Youtube.
BUT. And as you can see it's a very big but. If I'm going to do this, I'll need to know that it's a success. So, please subscribe, like, follow, comment, on all the social media I'm on (so far just this blog and Instagram) and tell me how I can make this more interesting! I'm going to need as much moral support as I can get.
So, onto the more 'techy' side of things.
The Instagram account will, of course, include screenshots for previews of each post, and there will be extras like the OC challenge (which has already started) and when I finish a new drawing I will definitely post it there as soon as possible.
I really hope this works! Oh, and I almost forgot. I don't do follow for follow! At first, I'll only follow my friends on my private account, but after that, I'll start following the people who are most active on liking, commenting, etc.
Hopefully this is as exciting for you as it is for me.

The next tag and manga
Hi, hello, yes I know I am starting to slip writing this blog.
BUT ANYWAYS.
I have been nominated to do the next tag thingymabob! Thank you to Rose Thorn (a fellow blogger - find her blog here http://itslookingabitmitty.blogspot.co.uk/ ) who nominated me for this challenge.
BUT ANYWAYS.
I have been nominated to do the next tag thingymabob! Thank you to Rose Thorn (a fellow blogger - find her blog here http://itslookingabitmitty.blogspot.co.uk/ ) who nominated me for this challenge.
Here are the guidelines of the tag:
-Thank the person who nominated you/give a link back to their blog
-Answer the original 6 text-themed questions
-Add a typography/word related question of your own for those you tagged to answer
-Tag 6+ bloggers + let them know
-Include these rules in your post
The question for me today IS:
What/who inspired you to start blogging?
My answer:
Well, to be honest, I just really wanted a blog where I could do whatever the hell I wanted. I think I started this blog up about 5 years ago - When I was 7 or 8. I only published one post, and then couldn't really work out how to do another one, so I forgot about my little corner on the internet for a few years.
As I don't actually know any other bloggers (apart from Rose, and she nominated me) I will be nominating people via Instagram
Also, exciting news! I am thinking about setting up an Instagram account to promote this blog. Please comment if you think this is a good idea!
SO. Here is the manga side of things. Recently I've been drawing again (in a new sketchbook) so I'll just put the picture here.
Bye people!
